St. Pancras
I'm off to Edinburgh in June and took a bus up to Kings Cross yesterday to pick up my train tickets (I saw Age of Stupid last Saturday which confirmed my resolve not to fly) and I decided to pick up the new "Thameslink" service from there home. It's new in the sense that they have re-established the South-East route to Sevenoaks which goes through Catford.
I got to the platform and I had to smile. It had such a long platform, it felt like I was on the RER in Paris.
